Meet the Burchett Family
Hey y'all!
Hi, we're Brent and Kiah!
Burchett Farms is a small family farm located in Louisville's Anchorage neighborhood. While our farm may be small, our roots in agriculture run deep.
Brent grew up on his family's row crop farm in western Kentucky, where they still raise corn, soybeans, and wheat today. Kiah was raised on her family's seventh-generation cattle ranch in rural California. Together, we share a lifelong appreciation for farming, hard work, and the privilege of growing food.
Starting Burchett Farms has allowed us to continue that legacy while building a life here in Louisville while raising our little ones. There's something special about raising our kids with muddy boots, tractor rides, and an appreciation for where food comes from—just as we were raised.
Our hope is that Burchett Farms becomes more than just a place to buy produce. We hope it's a place where neighbors can connect with the people growing their food, celebrate the changing seasons, and experience a small piece of farm life right here in our community.

THE FARM STAND

Located on S. Winchester Acres Road just outside of the Anchorage community in Louisville, KY
Everything we sell is grown right here on our farm and harvested fresh throughout the season. Depending on the time of year, you'll find sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, green beans, basil, pumpkins, fresh-cut flowers, and other seasonal favorites.
Because we harvest with the seasons, every visit is a little different. We encourage you to stop by often to see what's fresh!
The farm stand operates on the honor system, making it easy to swing by whenever you're out enjoying the neighborhood. Whether you're planning dinner, picking up flowers for your table, or simply craving the taste of fresh-picked produce, we'd love to be part of your week.

The Making of the Farm Stand
With salvaged pieces of barn wood and tin from Brent’s family farm in Western Kentucky, our DIY farm stand pays homage to our roots while growing something new right here in Louisville.
We hope you love it’s character and charm as much as we do when you stop by to grab a basket of homegrown produce and fresh cut flowers.
